This Readify AI User Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between DeepReads LLC (“Readify AI,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you.
1. All relevant rights relating to the Readify AI services are owned by DeepReads LLC and the applicable rights holders, including but not limited to software services, website services, applications, web applications, browser extensions, e-book reading, document reading, format conversion, text-to-speech, audiobook services, voice cloning, artificial intelligence services, and other products and services we provide to users.
By completing registration, logging in, clicking “Agree” on a product page, or completing a similar procedure, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the relevant terms of this Agreement and agree to use Readify AI services in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable operating rules.
2. Before using Readify AI services, you acknowledge that certain Readify AI services are provided via the Internet. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary terminal devices and network environment and for bearing any Internet access, communications, and other related costs that are legally your responsibility.
3. To protect users’ lawful rights and interests, where applicable laws or regulations require users to provide identity information, account information, or other information in connection with the relevant services, users shall provide true, lawful, and accurate information and promptly update such information when it changes.
If applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements change the registration or identity verification requirements, users shall update or complete the relevant procedures in accordance with the new requirements. Otherwise, Readify AI may, as permitted by applicable laws and regulations and based on the actual circumstances of the services, restrict certain features or suspend or terminate the relevant services.
4. After completing registration for a Readify AI account, users will receive the corresponding account and authentication credentials and shall be responsible for safeguarding them.
Readify AI reminds users to properly safeguard important information such as registration information, passwords, verification codes, and account information in order to prevent theft, unauthorized disclosure, or other losses.
A Readify AI account may be used to log in to Readify AI and related services provided by Readify AI. If, in the future, a Readify AI account may also be used to log in to other products affiliated with the Company, we will separately inform users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the actual circumstances of the relevant products.
5. Readify AI may use users’ registration information and other information that may lawfully be used for necessary identity verification in order to assist users with matters such as lost passwords, abnormal account activity, and service complaints.
If a user discovers that a password or account has been compromised or that another security risk exists, the user should notify Readify AI promptly and provide the information reasonably necessary for account registration and identity verification so that Readify AI can provide appropriate assistance in a timely manner. Where necessary, users should report the matter or file a complaint with the competent authorities in accordance with the law.
6. Readify AI reminds users that account information, passwords, verification codes, and other authentication information are important credentials used to verify users’ identities.
Users shall properly safeguard such information. If another person gains access to an account because the user voluntarily provided or disclosed account authentication information, or due to another reason attributable to the user, the responsible party shall bear the corresponding liability in accordance with the law.
7. Readify AI protects users’ personal information lawfully, reasonably, and prudently in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Except where requested by the user, lawfully authorized by the user, required by applicable laws or regulations, requested by a competent authority in accordance with the law, or otherwise permitted by law, we will not unlawfully provide users’ personal information to unrelated third parties.
8. Respecting and protecting users’ personal information is a fundamental policy of Readify AI.
For information about how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information and how users may exercise their relevant rights, please refer to the Readify AI Privacy Policy.
9. DeepReads LLC and the terms applicable to the relevant services may be amended due to changes in laws and regulations, requirements of competent government authorities or industry regulators, changes to products or services, or other reasonable needs.
Readify AI will provide notice through product pages, the official website, client applications, or other appropriate means, depending on applicable legal requirements and the significance of the changes.
Where applicable law requires us to obtain users’ consent again, we will obtain such consent through appropriate means.
10. Continuously improving product performance and service experience is an important objective of Readify AI.
Readify AI may continuously update its products and services based on actual circumstances. To ensure stable operation of the system, we may also conduct system maintenance, upgrades, security fixes, or service adjustments from time to time.
11. Readify AI provides service information through official product pages, this Agreement, supplemental agreements, product descriptions, and its official website.
If a user discovers that any employee, partner, or other party has made a commitment in the name of Readify AI that is clearly inconsistent with official product rules, the user may verify or report the matter through Readify AI’s official channels.
12. The products and services provided by Readify AI are, in essence, technical tools relating to reading, information processing, speech synthesis, artificial intelligence assistance, and related functions.
Users should independently evaluate relevant content and processing results according to their own needs.
Artificial intelligence, speech, translation, typesetting, and similar technologies involve a degree of uncertainty. Readify AI does not guarantee that any automatically generated or processed result will be absolutely accurate, complete, or consistent with users’ expectations under all circumstances.
If any Readify AI page displays third-party content relating to finance, securities, investments, or similar matters, users should independently evaluate such information.

13. Due to inherent characteristics of the Internet, including network congestion, computer viruses, malicious programs, hacking, system failures, device failures, third-party infrastructure failures, as well as force majeure events, accidents, and similar circumstances, Readify AI cannot guarantee that the services will be absolutely uninterrupted or continuously available at all times.
If any such circumstance occurs, we will take reasonable measures based on the actual situation to protect users’ lawful rights and interests and restore the services where possible.
14. Readify AI reminds users that the Internet environment may involve risks including fraud, malicious software, unlawful websites, false information, and other cybersecurity risks.
Users should carefully evaluate relevant information and properly protect their personal privacy, account passwords, and other important information.
15. Users shall not use Readify AI products or services to interfere with the normal operation of Readify AI, infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of other users or third parties, or engage in other conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
16. Users shall use Readify AI products and services reasonably and respect the intellectual property rights and other lawful rights and interests of Readify AI and other applicable rights holders.

17. Readify AI may contain information, content, services, or links provided by third parties.
Users should independently and objectively evaluate statements, information, links, and other content provided by third parties. Where necessary, users may consult professional institutions, Readify AI customer support, or the relevant competent authorities, or submit complaints or reports to them.
Products and services independently provided by third parties are governed by such third parties’ own service agreements and privacy policies.
18. Users are responsible for their statements, actions, uploaded content, and other conduct while using Readify AI and shall bear the corresponding legal consequences in accordance with the law.
Users shall properly safeguard their accounts, passwords, and other identity credentials to prevent malicious account access or unlawful conduct by others.
19. If a Readify AI product or service allows users to publicly post, upload, or disseminate information, users shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules and shall not publish unlawful or non-compliant, infringing, harassing, malicious marketing, or other content that should not be disseminated under applicable law.
Readify AI may take necessary measures with respect to content that is required by law to be handled or removed, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement, and relevant rules.
20. If a user violates applicable laws or regulations, this Agreement, or other rules applicable to Readify AI, Readify AI may, depending on the nature, severity, and actual impact of the violation, take measures including issuing warnings, deleting or discontinuing the processing of relevant content, requiring rectification, restricting certain features, restricting account use, suspending services, terminating this Agreement, or discontinuing services.
If a user’s unlawful or non-compliant conduct causes losses to DeepReads LLC or any third party and the user is legally responsible for such losses, the relevant party may pursue the user for liability and reasonable enforcement costs in accordance with the law.
21. In light of the nature of Internet-based products, users agree that Readify AI may deliver service-related notices through its official website, client announcements, in-app messages, email, system push notifications, SMS, or other appropriate means.
For commercial marketing communications, we will provide appropriate management or opt-out methods in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a people’s court with jurisdiction over the place where DeepReads LLC is domiciled.
Where mandatory provisions of applicable laws and regulations provide otherwise with respect to jurisdiction over consumer disputes, such provisions shall prevail.
24. To better protect users’ lawful rights and interests, users are advised to familiarize themselves, as appropriate, with the following laws, regulations, and normative documents, including but not limited to:
25. This Agreement becomes effective when the user clicks the “Agree” button on a product page or otherwise expressly indicates acceptance of this Agreement.
Users may import, upload, or process e-books, documents, web pages, images, text, and other content through Readify AI for reading, typesetting, format conversion, text-to-speech, translation, AI processing, and other related features provided by Readify AI.
Users shall ensure that any content imported, uploaded, copied, converted, read aloud, or otherwise processed through Readify AI has a lawful source and that they have obtained all rights or authorizations necessary to carry out such processing in accordance with the law.
Users shall not use Readify AI to unlawfully reproduce or distribute pirated works or infringe upon any third party’s copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, personal information rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, rights relating to voice, or other lawful rights and interests.
Readify AI’s provision of technical capabilities such as file importing, parsing, reading, format conversion, and text-to-speech does not constitute recognition, warranty, or authorization by DeepReads LLC regarding the rights status of any content processed by users.
If content uploaded or processed by a user violates applicable laws or regulations, this Agreement, or the lawful rights and interests of a third party, Readify AI may take necessary measures in accordance with the law.
Readify AI may use text-to-speech, natural language processing, machine learning, generative artificial intelligence, and other related technologies to provide services including voice reading, multi-character reading, voice cloning, translation, AI Q&A, intelligent typesetting, content analysis, and other intelligent services.
When using the voice cloning feature, users shall ensure that they:
Users shall not use Readify AI’s text-to-speech, voice cloning, artificial intelligence, or other technical capabilities to:
In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, Readify AI may implement notices, visible labels, invisible labels, security detection, and other necessary measures for AI-generated or AI-synthesized content.
Users shall not unlawfully remove, alter, falsify, or conceal labels relating to AI-generated or AI-synthesized content that are required by law to be retained.
Rights in e-books, documents, voice samples, notes, highlights, and other user content lawfully owned by users shall remain with the users or the applicable rights holders.
To provide the Readify AI services actively selected by users, users agree that Readify AI may, to the extent necessary to provide the relevant functions, store, reproduce, parse, transcode, convert formats, typeset, synthesize speech from, translate, synchronize, cache, and otherwise technically process such content as necessary.
The foregoing authorization is limited to:
Unless we separately obtain the user’s express authorization, Readify AI will not acquire copyrights or other intellectual property rights in content merely because the user uploads such content.
Nor will Readify AI use user-uploaded e-books, documents, voice samples, or other user content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models intended for use by an unspecified group of users.
Artificial intelligence, speech synthesis, speech recognition, translation, content analysis, intelligent typesetting, and similar technologies involve a degree of uncertainty and may be affected by input content, algorithms, model capabilities, device performance, network environments, languages, and other factors.
Accordingly, generated, translated, summarized, typeset, read-aloud, or otherwise intelligently processed results may contain errors, omissions, biases, or results that differ from users’ expectations.
Users should independently evaluate relevant results according to their specific use cases.
For medical, legal, financial, investment, or other matters that may significantly affect a person’s body, property, or other material lawful rights and interests, users should not make important decisions solely on the basis of automatically generated artificial intelligence results and should obtain appropriate professional advice or services where appropriate.
Readify AI may, depending on actual product operations, provide free services, membership services, subscription services, or other paid services.
The specific service content, price, duration, benefits, and charging method shall be subject to the information displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
If Readify AI provides an automatic renewal service, we will clearly display important information such as the automatic renewal price, billing cycle, renewal method, and cancellation method before the user enables the service.
Automatic renewal will only be enabled after the user actively selects and agrees to it.
If users purchase Readify AI services through the Apple App Store or another third-party channel, they shall also comply with the payment, subscription, and refund rules of the applicable third-party platform.

《悦读AI用户服务协议》（以下简称“本协议”）由DeepReads LLC（以下简称“悦读AI”“公司”或“我们”）和您签订。
1、悦读AI服务所涉及的相关权利归DeepReads LLC及相关权利人所有，包括但不限于软件服务、网站服务、APP、Web应用、浏览器扩展、电子书阅读、文档阅读、格式转换、文字转语音、听书、声音克隆、人工智能服务以及我们向用户提供的其他产品和服务。用户完成注册、登录或者按照产品页面点击“同意”等程序，即表示用户对本协议相关条款的确认和接纳，并愿意按照本协议及相关操作规则使用悦读AI服务。
2、在接受悦读AI服务前，用户应确认悦读AI部分服务需要通过互联网提供，用户应自行准备相应终端设备、网络环境，并承担依法应由用户承担的上网、通信以及其他相关费用。
3、为了维护用户的合法权益，当相关服务依法需要用户提供身份、账号或者其他信息时，用户应提供真实、合法、准确的信息，并在相关信息发生变化时及时更新。如法律法规或者监管要求调整相关注册或认证要求，用户应按照新的要求进行更新或办理。否则，悦读AI有权根据法律法规及服务实际情况采取限制相应功能、暂停或者终止相关服务等措施。
4、用户完成悦读AI账号注册后，将获得相应账号及身份凭证，由用户自行保管并承担相应责任。悦读AI提醒用户对注册信息、密码、验证码、账号等重要信息及时妥善保存，防止被盗或者泄露，以免造成损失。
悦读AI账号可用于登录悦读AI及悦读AI提供的相关服务。如未来悦读AI账号可以用于登录公司关联产品，我们将根据法律法规及相关产品实际情况另行向用户说明。
5、悦读AI可以根据用户注册信息及其他依法可以使用的信息进行必要的身份识别，以帮助用户处理密码丢失、账号异常、服务投诉等事项。若用户发现密码、账号被盗或者存在其他安全风险，应第一时间通知悦读AI，并按照合理要求提供账号注册及身份核验所必要的信息，以便悦读AI及时提供必要帮助。必要时，用户应当依法向有关机关报案或申诉。
6、悦读AI提醒用户，账号、密码、验证码以及其他认证信息属于识别用户身份的重要凭证。用户应妥善保管。因用户主动向他人提供、泄露账号认证信息或者其他可归责于用户的原因导致他人登录账号的，相应责任由责任方依法承担。
7、悦读AI依照国家法律法规规定，依法、合理、审慎地保护用户的个人信息。除用户主动要求、取得用户合法授权、法律法规规定、有权机关依法提出要求或者其他依法可以处理的情形外，我们不会违法向无关第三方提供用户个人信息。
8、尊重和保护用户个人信息是悦读AI的一项基本政策。有关我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护个人信息以及用户如何行使相关权利，请详见《悦读AI隐私政策》。
9、根据法律法规、政府主管部门、行业监管要求、产品及服务调整或者其他合理需要，DeepReads LLC及相关服务条款可能发生变更。悦读AI将根据相关法律法规及变更事项的重要程度，通过产品页面、官方网站、客户端提示或者其他适当方式进行通知。如依法需要重新取得用户同意，我们将通过相应方式重新取得用户同意。
10、追求产品性能和更好的服务体验，是悦读AI持续改进产品和服务的重要目标。悦读AI可以根据实际情况不断更新产品和服务。为了保障系统稳定运行，也可能适时进行系统维护、升级、安全修复或者服务调整。
11、悦读AI通过正式产品页面、本协议、专项协议、产品说明和官方网站向用户提供服务信息。用户如发现任何工作人员、合作人员或者其他主体以悦读AI名义作出与正式产品规则明显不一致的承诺，可以通过悦读AI官方渠道进行核实或投诉。
12、悦读AI提供的产品和服务在本质上属于阅读、信息处理、语音合成、人工智能辅助以及相关技术工具。用户应当根据自身需求独立判断相关内容和处理结果。
人工智能、语音、翻译、排版等技术具有一定概率性，悦读AI不保证任何自动生成或者处理结果在所有情况下均绝对准确、完整或者符合用户预期。
如悦读AI相关页面展示金融、证券、投资等第三方内容，用户仍应独立判断相关信息。“市场有风险，投资需谨慎”。
13、由于互联网本身具有网络拥堵、计算机病毒、恶意程序、黑客攻击、系统故障、设备故障、第三方基础设施故障等客观特性，以及不可抗力、意外事件等因素，悦读AI无法保证服务在任何时间均绝对连续或者不存在中断。
发生相关情况后，我们会根据实际情况采取合理措施维护用户合法权益并尽可能恢复服务。
14、悦读AI提醒用户，互联网环境存在诈骗、恶意软件、非法网站、虚假信息以及其他网络安全风险。请用户谨慎识别相关信息，妥善保护个人隐私、账号密码和其他重要信息。
15、用户不得利用悦读AI产品和服务干扰悦读AI正常运营、侵犯其他用户或者第三方合法权益，以及实施其他违反法律法规的行为，包括但不限于：
（一）违反宪法确定的基本原则；
（二）危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密、颠覆国家政权、破坏国家统一；
（三）损害国家荣誉和利益；
（四）煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视、破坏民族团结；
（五）破坏国家宗教政策、宣扬邪教或者封建迷信；
（六）散布谣言、扰乱社会秩序、破坏社会稳定；
（七）传播淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、恐怖内容或者教唆犯罪；
（八）侮辱、诽谤、威胁、骚扰他人或者侵害他人合法权益；
（九）发布、传送、传播、存储法律法规禁止的内容；
（十）侵犯他人的著作权、商标权、专利权、商业秘密、名誉权、肖像权、声音权益、个人信息权益、隐私权或者其他合法权益；
（十一）非法处理或者传播他人的个人信息；
（十二）传播广告垃圾、恶意营销信息或者其他违法违规信息；
（十三）利用悦读AI进行诈骗、身份冒充、伪造证据、非法生成或者传播虚假信息；
（十四）法律、行政法规禁止的其他行为。
16、用户应当合理使用悦读AI产品和服务，并尊重悦读AI及其他相关权利人的知识产权和其他合法权益，不得从事下列行为：
（一）删除或者篡改软件中的著作权、商标或者其他权利声明；
（二）对依法受保护的软件进行非法反向工程、反向汇编、反向编译或者以其他违法方式尝试获取源代码；
（三）未经授权出租、出借、复制、修改、链接、转载、汇编、出版或者建立镜像；
（四）未经授权复制、修改、增加、删除悦读AI软件运行数据、客户端与服务器交互数据或者系统运行所必需的数据；
（五）使用插件、外挂、脚本、机器人、爬虫或者未经授权的第三方工具接入悦读AI及相关系统；
（六）通过修改或者伪造运行指令、数据等方式增加、删除或者改变软件功能、运行效果；
（七）制作、发布、传播用于实施上述行为的软件、方法或者工具；
（八）自行或者授权他人、第三方软件对悦读AI软件、组件、模块、接口或者数据进行干扰；
（九）绕过、破坏或者规避访问控制、会员、次数限制、安全机制、版权保护或者其他技术措施；
（十）其他未经悦读AI或者相应权利人明示授权且依法受到限制的行为。
17、悦读AI可能包含第三方提供的信息、内容、服务或者链接。用户应当对第三方发表的言论、提供的信息、链接及其他内容保持独立、客观的判断。如有需要，可以向专业机构、悦读AI客服或者相关主管机关进行咨询、投诉或者举报。
第三方独立提供的产品和服务适用该第三方自身的服务协议及隐私政策。
18、用户应对自己使用悦读AI过程中的言论、操作、上传内容及其他行为负责，并依法承担相应法律后果。用户应妥善保管账号、密码及其他身份凭证，避免他人恶意登录或者从事违法行为。
19、如悦读AI相关产品或服务允许用户公开发表、上传或者传播相关信息，用户应遵守法律法规及平台规则，不得发布违法违规、侵权、骚扰、恶意营销或者其他依法不应传播的内容。
对于依法需要处置的内容，悦读AI有权根据法律法规、本协议及相关规则采取必要措施。
20、如用户违反法律法规、本协议或者其他适用于悦读AI的相关规则，悦读AI有权根据违规性质、严重程度和实际影响采取警告、删除或者停止处理相关内容、责令整改、限制部分功能、限制账号使用、暂停服务、终止协议或者停止服务等措施。
因用户违法违规行为给DeepReads LLC或者第三方造成损失，依法应由用户承担责任的，相关责任方有权依法追究责任及合理维权费用。
21、鉴于互联网产品的特性，用户同意悦读AI可以通过官方网站、客户端公告、站内消息、电子邮件、系统推送、短信或者其他适当方式向用户送达服务相关通知。
涉及商业营销信息的，我们会按照法律法规提供相应的管理或者退订方式。
22、用户需要联络悦读AI的，可以通过以下方式联系我们：

23、因履行本协议发生争议的，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可以依法向DeepReads LLC住所地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。法律法规对消费者争议管辖另有强制性规定的，从其规定。
24、为更好地保护用户合法权益，建议用户根据实际需要了解包括但不限于下列法律法规及规范性文件：

以及其他适用于悦读AI产品和服务的法律法规。
25、本协议自用户按照产品页面点击“同意”按钮或者通过其他明确方式表示接受后生效。
26、电子书、文档及用户内容
用户可以通过悦读AI导入、上传或者处理电子书、文档、网页、图片、文字及其他内容，用于阅读、排版、格式转换、语音朗读、翻译、AI处理以及悦读AI提供的其他相关功能。
用户应确保通过悦读AI导入、上传、复制、转换、朗读或者处理的相关内容具有合法来源，并已依法取得进行相关处理所必需的权利或者授权。
用户不得利用悦读AI非法复制、传播盗版作品或者侵犯第三方著作权、商标权、专利权、商业秘密、个人信息权益、隐私权、肖像权、声音权益及其他合法权益。
悦读AI提供文件导入、解析、阅读、格式转换、语音朗读等技术能力，并不代表DeepReads LLC对用户所处理内容的权利状态进行认可、担保或者授权。
如用户上传或处理的内容违反法律法规、本协议或者侵犯第三方合法权益，悦读AI有权依法采取必要处置措施。
27、文字转语音、声音克隆及人工智能服务
悦读AI可能通过文字转语音、自然语言处理、机器学习、生成式人工智能以及其他相关技术，为用户提供语音朗读、多角色朗读、声音克隆、翻译、AI问答、智能排版、内容分析及其他智能化服务。
用户使用声音克隆功能时，应确保：
（一）对相关声音样本享有合法权利；或者
（二）已经取得相关声音权利人合法、充分、有效的授权。
用户不得利用悦读AI的文字转语音、声音克隆、人工智能或者其他技术能力：
（一）未经授权仿冒他人声音或身份；
（二）实施电信网络诈骗或者其他诈骗活动；
（三）伪造身份验证材料、证据或者其他虚假内容；
（四）制作或者传播违法信息；
（五）恶意制作或者传播误导性虚假信息；
（六）侵犯他人的姓名权、声音权益、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、个人信息权益、知识产权或者其他合法权益；
（七）实施法律法规禁止的其他行为。
根据法律法规和监管要求，悦读AI有权对人工智能生成合成内容采取相应的提示、显式标识、隐式标识、安全检测及其他必要措施。
用户不得违法删除、篡改、伪造或者隐匿依法应当保留的人工智能生成合成内容标识。
28、用户内容权利及必要处理
用户依法享有权利的电子书、文档、声音样本、笔记、高亮以及其他用户内容，其相关权利仍由用户或者相应权利人依法享有。
为实现用户主动选择使用的悦读AI服务，用户同意悦读AI在提供相应功能所必要的范围内，对相关内容进行存储、复制、解析、转码、格式转换、排版、语音合成、翻译、同步、缓存以及其他必要的技术处理。
前述处理授权仅用于：
（一）向用户提供其主动使用的服务；
（二）保障悦读AI服务正常、安全运行；
（三）履行法律法规规定的义务。
除非另行取得用户明确授权，悦读AI不会仅因用户上传相关内容而取得该内容的著作权或者其他知识产权，也不会将用户上传的电子书、文档、声音样本等用户内容用于训练面向不特定用户的通用人工智能模型。
29、人工智能生成及处理结果
