This notice tells you, in plain terms, what Readify AI (the "App") does with information when you use it. The App is provided by Xuefei Wang ("we"). It covers the iOS, Android, and web versions.
We don't ask for your contacts, photo library, or precise location to run core features.

Some things can't happen entirely on our own systems. Here's every case where someone else touches your data:
AI features. Certain features pass content you provide to a third-party AI service so the result can be produced. Each time, you'll see an in-app prompt naming the data, the recipient, and the purpose — nothing goes out unless you say yes. Concretely:
Decline and that one feature is simply unavailable; everything else still works. Withdraw anytime by stopping the feature or emailing us.
Measurement. We use Meta (FBSDKCoreKit) for install attribution and Google Firebase (FirebaseCore, FirebaseCrashlytics) for analytics and crash reporting.
Hosting. Reputable cloud providers store data for us, under our instructions only.
Account links. If you connect an outside account (e.g., Google Drive for sync), we use only what that link needs, with your go-ahead.
Law. We disclose data if the law or a valid legal request requires it, or to protect people from harm.
Each outside provider handles what it receives under its own privacy terms, and we require reasonable safeguards from them.
Audio you give us for voice features is used only to produce the voice output you ask for and to operate that feature. It is not used to identify you or anyone else. We keep it only as long as the feature needs it, then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner anytime.
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours, which may have different privacy laws; where that happens we rely on contractual safeguards with our providers. We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest and with access controls — though no system is perfectly secure, so you use the App at your own risk. We hold personal information only as long as needed to run the App, meet legal duties, and handle disputes, then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show, fix, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or close your account — just email wrightw2026@gmail.com. On Apple devices, neither we nor our partners (including Meta) will run tracking that needs App Tracking Transparency permission unless you grant it in the system prompt, and you can change that in device settings anytime.
The App isn't meant for children under 13 (or the local minimum age), and we don't knowingly collect their data; if we learn we did, we delete it.
